Location: On-site in Lexington Park, Maryland, United States; not eligible for remote work
Salary: $97,680–$146,520 per year for Maryland locations

What you will do
- Perform budgetary planning, analysis, formulation, and contract management for multiple Integrated Product Teams.
- Create and maintain annual spending plans, including staffing, travel, material, fees, cost estimates, and time-phased requirements.
- Enter, manage, validate, and track resource requirements in the Common Spend Plan Tool and participate in financial status reviews.
- Coordinate with NAVAIR, NAWCAD, NSMA, program managers, business financial managers, and contract specialists to support funding and timely contract awards.
- Track classified invoice information, purchase requisitions, contract labor hours, funded dollars, and expenditure rates.
- Analyze financial trends, communicate risks to IPT leads, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Current Secret Clearance with an SSBI completed within the last six years and eligibility for TS/SCI required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Five years of relevant DoD financial management experience, including financial analysis, funds execution, and funding document development.
- Experience with CSPT and ERP, plus strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to review and revise written documents and communicate effectively with program and financial stakeholders.
- On-site support is required; remote work is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a NAVAIR program office.
- Knowledge of the DoD 5000 milestone process, acquisition policies, PPBS, and DoD financial report development.
- Current Top Secret Clearance.
