CAD Drafter (Water Hygiene Surveys)

What you will do

• Produce accurate 2D NanoCAD and AutoCAD drawings based on survey information and hand-drawn sketches.
• Create floor plans and water system schematics for water hygiene survey projects.
• Interpret sketches, mark-ups, survey information, and technical documents.
• Check drawings prepared by water hygiene surveyors for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide CAD drafting support to other engineering disciplines as required.
• Collaborate with CAD drafters, administrators, water hygiene surveyors, the Principal Surveyor, and the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• High-level competency and practical experience with NanoCAD or AutoCAD.
• Experience producing 2D technical drawings.
• Knowledge of current industry standards for water hygiene surveys.
• Ability to interpret sketches, mark-ups, and technical documentation.
• Clear communication, strong attention to detail, and effective time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting delivery schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience creating plumbing or water supply and drainage drawings.
• Familiarity with Legionella risk assessments or water hygiene projects; training is provided.
