Clinical Technology Specialist (MedTech)

What you will do

• Set up and operate surgical technologies at healthcare facilities.
• Provide technical equipment guidance to surgeons and clinical staff before and during surgery.
• Complete preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and required documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies, with daily driving and occasional overnight travel.
• Apply safe vehicle, workplace, and laser safety practices.
• Support healthcare partners through responsive customer service and professional relationships.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evening cases, occasional weekends, and overnight travel.
• Ability to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment weighing over 50 pounds, and to bend, stoop, sit, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, independent work ability, problem-solving skills, and strong organization.
• Must meet assigned medical facilities' credentialing requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, background checks, and drug screens where applicable.

Nice to have

• Medical, EMT, surgical technologist, or military experience.
• Experience working long days, unpredictable schedules, or early mornings.
