Clinical Education Specialist II (Spine, Navigation and Robotics)

Location: San Diego, CA, United States. Travel up to 60% of the time and occasional Saturday work are required.

What you will do

• Deliver training for surgeons, operating-room staff, sales teams, and clinical teams on the Excelsius Spine application at customer sites and Globus lab locations.
• Conduct welcome calls with sales teams to understand surgeon customer goals, establish timelines, and coordinate post-sale training.
• Provide educational support during INR system installations for surgeons, operating-room staff, and administrators.
• Participate in train-the-trainer activities and coach field team members on best practices.
• Conduct routine field case observations and answer surgeons’ clinical and product questions.
• Maintain training logs, compliance documents, usage reports, and scheduling support for surgeon training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical support or relevant healthcare industry experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Passion for training and education, with strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn complex technical and clinical information quickly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in surgical and high-pressure environments.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time and work occasional Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Experience with spine, cranial, navigation, or robotics applications.
• Bachelor’s degree.
