AI Business Operations Expert (Fintech)

Location: Bogotá D.C., Colombia — hybrid work model. Regular office presence is expected, especially during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Map complex operational workflows and prioritize opportunities for AI augmentation.
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows using N8N, Claude Code/Codex, and LLM APIs.
• Implement agent-based and rule-based automations with leaders in Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to monitor KPIs and detect anomalies.
• Support feature launches by designing automated operational processes and readiness workflows.
• Identify data gaps and partner with Engineering on instrumentation and Databricks pipelines.

Requirements

• Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in LatAm fintech, payments, B2B SaaS, consulting, or a high-growth startup.
• Expert-level experience architecting, shipping, and scaling enterprise AI automation systems.
• Advanced hands-on experience with N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar no-code and low-code automation platforms.
• Experience with CRMs, support triage systems, data warehouses, BI platforms, LLM APIs, and SQL.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication skills, and execution in fast-changing environments.
