Strong Middle AI/ML Engineer

Location: Remote; available in Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Cyprus, Latvia, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, and Uruguay

What you will do

• Build AI agent systems and multi-step workflows with LangGraph.
• Fine-tune encoder-based and generative models for production use.
• Develop production Python applications and APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Design agentic workflows involving tool use, memory, and state management.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
• Contribute to architecture, roadmap decisions, and AI/ML best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of AI/ML experience and strong Python software engineering skills.
• Expertise in fine-tuning BERT, RoBERTa, and other encoder models, plus experience with LLMs.
• Experience with LangGraph, AI agents, and multi-step reasoning systems.
• Experience building production APIs and web applications with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, vector databases, and RAG.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, MLOps tools, and production ML systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, agent communication, advanced prompting, and reasoning patterns.
• AI/ML publications or open-source contributions.
• Experience scaling AI systems for high-traffic production environments.
