Salary: ₡16,445,800–₡20,476,467 per year, with potential additional bonus and benefits.

What you will do
- Own and maintain global web properties, ensuring performance, accuracy, and a strong user experience.
- Build and optimize Webflow pages, including animations, CMS content, custom interactions, and responsive layouts.
- Implement marketing scripts, tracking tags, forms, and integrations in Marketo to support campaign launches.
- Translate Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud designs into pixel-perfect web experiences.
- Write and debug maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend platform capabilities and resolve frontend challenges.
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams on technical SEO, site structure, and AI search visibility practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a generalist web developer with work across multiple platforms or CMS environments.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including independent coding and debugging.
- Hands-on Webflow experience with CMS, animations, and custom development.
- Working knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and custom layout troubleshooting.
- Strong Marketo skills, including marketing scripts, form embeds, and tracking functionality.
- Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with Google Analytics 4, event tracking, and basic reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with OneTrust, Bizzabo, technical SEO, or AI search optimization tools.
