What you will do
- Own the roadmap, quality, integrations, performance, accessibility, and reliability of multiple WordPress web properties.
- Manage multilingual websites and localized versions using shared templates and components.
- Lead and develop the in-house web team, including sprint planning, prioritization, capacity planning, and weekly reviews.
- Manage contractors, agencies, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder priorities.
- Build a fast, reliable release process and improve website conversion through analytics and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, SEO, PR, and country teams while introducing AI-based process automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with high-traffic marketing websites, including 2+ years in a leadership role; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript.
- Strong WordPress expertise, including multisite environments, CMS architecture, integrations, performance, and development workflows.
- Experience managing delivery processes, contractors or agencies, CRO, A/B testing, web analytics, tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Understanding of UX/UI, SEO, accessibility, mobile optimization, website security, and commercial website performance.
- Upper-intermediate English or above and clear written communication in a distributed, async-first environment.

- Technical background or experience project-managing technical teams.
- Experience with a headless CMS, a modern frontend framework, or HubSpot.
