What you will do

• Design website layouts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on client goals.
• Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, templates, plugins, and extensions.
• Convert approved designs into responsive HTML and CSS with cross-browser compatibility and strong performance.
• Manage website content and maintain consistent design, layout, and branding.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve UX and make data-driven design decisions.
• Monitor website performance, security, and backups, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven web design experience with a strong portfolio of WordPress websites.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme customization, plugin integration, and content management.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate client requirements into designs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and deadline-management skills.
