Product Manager (All Levels) (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid roles based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, or New York City

Salary: $94,000–$208,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Own product outcomes from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, marketing, and operations to scope, prioritize, and deliver product changes.
• Choose delivery approaches such as MVPs, experiments, or date-driven releases while managing dependencies, scope, and trade-offs.
• Represent customer needs through research, voice-of-customer feedback, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Lead discovery and experimentation, including spikes and A/B tests, to refine solutions and reduce delivery risk.
• Define product direction and success metrics, track performance, and recommend evidence-based pivots.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Track record of shipping successful, impactful products.
• Hands-on fluency with modern product practices and experimentation.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including metric definition and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Ownership, execution focus, comfort with ambiguity, and strong customer empathy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or another fast-moving, regulated consumer technology domain.
• Experience coaching or managing other product managers for Lead-level placement.
