Product Manager, Sports Intelligence

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $97,800–$122,300 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities, rollout phases, and delivery timelines.
• Translate business needs, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback into requirements, success criteria, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, User Experience, Data Engineering, and Data Science to build, launch, and iterate on scalable sports platform experiences.
• Use data, SQL, experimentation, and business monitoring to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Turn complex data into strategic insights that inform product priorities and decisions.
• Support agile delivery by prioritizing backlogs, refining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and guiding initiatives through launch and iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• Understanding of the Sportsbook industry and interest in the data and technology powering sports experiences.
• Analytical, data-driven problem-solving approach with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or another data visualization tool and the ability to produce actionable insights.
• Experience with agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, organization, and project management.
