Staff Product Manager (Web3)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $285,000–$310,000 per year, plus a long-term incentive package. The stated range applies to California- and New York-based roles.

What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year roadmap for World ID features.
• Own product features from concept and requirements through engineering enablement and go-to-market.
• Engage regularly with users and developers to understand their needs and inform the product roadmap.
• Own the metrics and analytics associated with the roadmap.
• Partner with the broader World ID team on the long-term strategic roadmap.
• Act as an internal and external evangelist and accountable lead for the features under ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in a relevant domain such as fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, or DeFi.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and related product experiences.
• Experience defining and leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design across multiple products or features.
• Ability to design processes, navigate ambiguity, and translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Computer Science, Math, or Statistics degree, or prior experience in an engineering- or design-focused role, is highly preferred.

• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences.
• Former founder or individual contributor experience.
• Experience with mobile-first products.
