What you will do

• Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgical procedures and monitor patients’ nervous systems in real time.
• Obtain medical histories and consult surgeons on structures at risk and monitoring modalities.
• Communicate monitoring information to surgeons and surgical teams throughout each case.
• Display, label, measure, and calculate waveform data, including latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times.
• Select appropriate protocols, troubleshoot monitoring issues, and ensure accurate data collection.
• Complete IOM documentation and logs, upload files, and maintain neuromonitoring equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a field-based intraoperative environment.
• Ability to support cases involving spine, ENT, vascular, and craniotomy procedures, with spine cases being most common.
• Ability to follow established monitoring guidelines, protocols, compliance requirements, and company policies.
• Commitment to a high standard of patient care and ethical professional conduct.
• Availability for Monday–Tuesday coverage; full-time or part-time arrangements are available.
