Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and adjust individualized physical therapy programs focused on functional goals.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, manual therapy, modalities, home exercises, and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, PAs/NPs, occupational therapists, health coaches, medical assistants, and other professionals.
• Document patient care promptly in the electronic medical record and arrange follow-up appointments, screenings, and tests.
• Provide worksite support through body mechanics education, ergonomics, injury prevention, safety information, wellness initiatives, and worksite assessments.
• Contribute to evidence-based staff development, in-service training, community health strategies, and outreach to employees at elevated chronic-disease risk.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience with adolescent and adult populations.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and electronic medical records in accordance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines.

Nice to have

• Ergonomic training, certification, or relevant experience.
• Experience supervising or directing physical therapist assistants.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence educating employees at multiple organizational levels.
