Middleware Integration Specialist (TIBCO)

What you will do

• Administer and optimize TIBCO EMS, BusinessWorks, and BusinessEvents for enterprise integration and messaging.
• Manage TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM and iProcess Engine to support stable business process execution.
• Support SOA architectures, APIs, authorization gateways, application servers, and backend connectivity.
• Perform configuration management, deployments, version control, and platform upgrades in high-availability production environments.
• Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous improvement while meeting strict SLAs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting middleware and enterprise integration platforms in production.
• Advanced hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS, BusinessWorks, and BusinessEvents.
• Experience with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM and iProcess Engine.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and analyzing middleware performance under strict SLAs.
• Intermediate English proficiency required for technical documentation and collaboration with global teams.

Nice to have

• TIBCO Certified Professional certification in EMS or an equivalent middleware certification.
• Experience in ITIL-based operational environments, including change, incident, and problem management.
• Familiarity with integrations involving databases, repositories, and enterprise application servers.
• Strong documentation skills for audits, compliance, and operational stability.
