The Specialist Digitalization Engineer (Greenfield)

What you will do

• Develop and implement digitalization strategies, digital execution plans, workflows, data standards, and governance frameworks for a major offshore project.
• Lead digital engineering and smart asset implementation, including Project Information Models and Asset Information Models.
• Support Digital Twin development and integrate engineering models, operational data, maintenance information, and asset performance requirements.
• Coordinate integration across engineering design, document management, asset management, maintenance, process control, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Establish data quality controls, audits, validation, cleansing, migration, and master data processes.
• Support construction, commissioning, start-up, operational readiness, reporting, cybersecurity compliance, and digital handover to ADNOC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information systems, instrumentation and control, electrical engineering, automation engineering, computer science, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, or major infrastructure projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in digitalization, information management, digital engineering, or smart asset implementation.
• Proven experience with greenfield offshore EPC/EPCI projects and project execution from FEED through start-up and operations handover.
• Experience implementing Digital Twin and Asset Information Management solutions.
• Experience with one or more platforms such as AVEVA, Hexagon SmartPlant, Bentley OpenPlant, COMOS, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, Azure Digital Twin, SAP PM/EAM, IBM Maximo, Primavera P6, SharePoint, or document management systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in digital engineering, data management, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience with major ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, Shell, BP, TotalEnergies, ExxonMobil, or similar projects.
• Digital Twin, PMP, CIP, ISO 19650, data governance, Microsoft Azure, AVEVA, or Hexagon certifications.
