Specialist Scheduler / Cost Engineer (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, hook-up, and commissioning phases.
• Establish work and cost breakdown structures, project coding systems, budgets, and progress measurement methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, commitments, expenditures, accruals, forecasts, and cost performance against approved targets.
• Prepare critical path analyses, recovery plans, look-ahead schedules, S-curves, manpower histograms, dashboards, and KPI reports.
• Perform earned value, variance, delay, risk, change, claim, and extension-of-time assessments.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, contracts, finance, contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost engineering.
• At least 5 years of offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM project experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6, earned value management, cost forecasting, budget control, progress measurement, and schedule risk analysis.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP, Power BI, advanced Microsoft Excel, change management, and delay analysis.
• Ability to work in a multicultural project environment and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Primavera P6 Certification.
• PMP, CCP, AACE, or equivalent certification.
• ADNOC Offshore, ADNOC Onshore, or major Middle East operator experience.
• Experience with brownfield modifications, shutdowns, offshore platforms, pipelines, processing facilities, wellhead towers, central processing platforms, and subsea systems.
• Experience on projects valued above USD 100 million and knowledge of ADNOC project controls and stage-gate requirements.
