Security Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Support and mature security review programs covering secure code reviews, architecture reviews, and threat modeling.
• Contribute to vulnerability management, including intake, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, bug bounty, and responsible disclosure.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to embed secure-by-design practices into the development lifecycle.
• Integrate security tooling into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate and reproduce application and infrastructure findings through scanning, manual testing, and penetration testing support.
• Evaluate and respond to emerging application security threats, including risks from agentic product features and AI-assisted engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience designing, building, or securing complex applications and cloud systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, equivalent training, or relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with security reviews, SDLC practices, secure CI/CD, architecture reviews, threat modeling, vulnerability management, or disclosure programs.
• Programming experience in at least one language and the ability to read and reason about Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust code.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, cloud networking, and IAM security.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
