Senior Content Strategist (Fintech)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $116,000–$160,000 base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead content strategy for defined lines of business and partner with writers to execute editorial standards.
• Develop and improve member-facing help articles and internal agent standard operating procedures.
• Use content metrics, agent feedback, and performance data to evaluate efficacy and drive improvements.
• Partner with Insights and Data teams to build dashboards and automated governance tooling.
• Inspect editorial processes and implement ways to improve content quality, speed, and scale.
• Propose, build, and operationalize AI solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in help and support content, product or content operations, or technical writing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining, tracking, and reporting content quality metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce, content management systems, LLMs or generative AI tools, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity and fraud procedures in fintech.
• Experience working with vendors, BPO partners, or writing contractors.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally two to three times per year.
