What you will do
- Provide level 1 support for laptops and other IT hardware.
- Wipe, configure, and prepare new laptops for users.
- Coordinate the shipping and collection of IT equipment.

Requirements
- Experience providing IT hardware support.
- Experience supporting laptops.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Willingness to handle the shipping and collection of IT equipment.
- Availability to work onsite in the Dublin office.
