What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts and transactions.
• Monitor account systems, databases, controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and operational activity.
• Coordinate risk monitoring, regulatory compliance, audits, and issue escalation with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Review legal documents and agreements, provide comments to counsel, and work with attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners.
• Participate in client meetings, sales calls, transaction closings, fee proposals, and activities supporting relationship growth.
• Lead or support departmental projects, business process development, mentoring, and coverage for other Relationship Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of client service experience with Global Capital Markets products or markets, or six years of combined higher education and work experience including two years in the same area.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
