Associate Solutions Engineer - Beijing (Cloudflare)

Location: Hybrid in Beijing, China; the role includes rotations across Greater China, ANZ, and ASEAN customer teams and may require an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Complete three four-month rotations across Greater China, ANZ, and ASEAN customer teams.
• Shadow customer calls and technical deep-dives with Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Build and deliver demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer use cases.
• Work with hirify.global technologies including Workers, Zero Trust, DNS, CDN, DDoS mitigation, WAF, API Gateway, R2, Stream, and Images.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer technical questions.
• Document customer requirements, translate them into solution architectures, and contribute to demo environments and internal tooling.

Requirements

• Graduated within the past two years or have equivalent technical experience through boot camps, self-study, or professional work.
• Understand core networking concepts, including DNS resolution, URL requests, and TCP/UDP differences.
• Available to start in July 2026 and commit to the full 12-month rotational program.
• Can manage multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in customer-facing, consulting, or technical sales environments.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP APIs, or AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Evidence of ownership of technical projects, such as a GitHub portfolio, conference talks, or open-source contributions.
