Oracle Procurement Lead (Oracle Fusion)

Location: Hybrid, Austin, Texas, United States. An in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub may be required at the offer stage.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for the procurement ecosystem built on Oracle Fusion Cloud and Zip.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end global Source-to-Pay process across sourcing, intake, purchasing, receipts, payables, and invoice matching.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement, including requisitioning, purchasing, supplier portals, approval hierarchies, and trade management workflows.
• Manage API-based integrations and monitor data flows for requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and compliance screening.
• Partner with Global Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to translate policies into automated workflows and system logic.
• Manage Oracle quarterly releases and govern embedded and custom AI procurement agents for compliant, auditable automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement, including Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Model, and Contracts.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERP systems.
• Ability to map complex cross-functional processes, identify automation opportunities, and govern changes in production environments.
• Relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
• Experience with supporting tools such as Ironclad or Navan.
• Exposure to the data center infrastructure industry.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
