What you will do

• Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions for Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Define scalable, secure, high-availability architectures and prepare integration strategies and technical specifications.
• Design and deliver OIC integrations using Oracle, FTP, database, SOAP, and REST adapters.
• Translate client business goals into Oracle application configurations, integrations, testing, and implementation options.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore configuration and development teams while supporting project scoping, estimates, risks, and delivery plans.
• Mentor Leads and Analysts and contribute to Oracle Cloud communities and solution development.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, OIC/OICS, and Oracle PaaS.
• Experience delivering at least 3–4 Oracle Cloud or multi-pillar projects.
• Hands-on experience developing multi-screen VBCS applications from scratch.
• Strong experience with OIC integrations, Oracle Cloud SCM and Finance, and secondary HCM integrations.
• Experience with OTBI and BIP reports, ATP databases, SQL/PLSQL, cloud configuration, and complementary vendor integrations.
• Strong consulting, business analysis, communication, presentation, and independent delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in global or international implementation environments.
• Experience defining Oracle Cloud solution footprints for proposals, discovery sessions, or client working sessions.
