Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build software and deliver customer outcomes through hirify.global's engineering teams.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using business-critical data and modern software platforms.
• Work directly with customers as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer Intern to understand challenges and architect practical solutions.
• Own the end-to-end implementation of meaningful, high-stakes projects in small agile teams.
• Contribute production-quality features to hirify.global Gotham, Foundry, or Apollo.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers across product teams working on front-end applications, release infrastructure, and other platform components.

Requirements

• Pursuing or having received a degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience applying AI through coursework, personal projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
• For USG roles, an active U.S. security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one is required.
