Associate, Affiliate (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 USD annual base salary, excluding bonus potential or commission.

What you will do

• Support the management and growth of assigned affiliate networks and agency relationships through regular check-ins and reporting.
• Own relationships with smaller brand accounts, including onboarding and rate increase requests.
• Assist with rate negotiations, program updates, commission rates, disclaimers, and partnership expansion.
• Coordinate paid placements from asset collection through launch and post-placement reporting.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic account planning with team members.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, strategic approach to relationship management and problem-solving.
• Comfort working with technical systems, data, or backend tools.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate networks such as Rakuten, Impact, or CJ.
• Experience helping scale a creator marketing or affiliate program.
