Supervisor, Pricing Analyst (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Supervise pricing administrators and manage pricing processes and price change implementation.
• Maintain contractual price changes and ensure pricing system integrity for the Acute Care Technology business.
• Analyze pricing requests, including margin impact, potential incremental volume, price levels, and contract compliance.
• Develop cost models, pricing strategies, work instructions, strategic pricing guidelines, and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Marketing, Sales, and management on quotes, bids, pricing projects, and process improvements.
• Improve the accuracy, scalability, and timeliness of pricing inputs, systems, processes, and reporting.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in pricing or data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle and strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets, apply analytical frameworks, manage high-volume workloads, and maintain accurate results.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels, take ownership of processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Pricing Strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce.
