Salary: $250,000β$300,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and/or commission.

What you will do
- Own and version-control the global library of Basis of Design documents across datacenter typologies.
- Manage Scopes of Work covering major design disciplines, project types, and delivery strategies.
- Lead change management for BoDs, SOWs, equipment catalogs, and design standards from request through approval, versioning, and distribution.
- Maintain approved equipment lists and coordinate with supply chain and procurement on availability, lead times, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Own the Requirements evaluation framework for assessing candidate colocation and leased datacenter facilities.
- Coordinate design outputs with engineering, project controls, supply chain, construction, operations, and Finance while scaling documentation through AI tools and contract resources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, engineering, or design management within datacenters, mission-critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, or related capital-intensive construction.
- Broad technical fluency across mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural systems.
- Experience managing technical documentation programs, design standards libraries, document control, change management, or configuration management workflows.
- Ability to align engineering, project controls, supply chain, construction, and operations stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Working knowledge of cost-per-MW benchmarks and schedule-duration assumptions for datacenter or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Strong technical writing and editing skills, plus comfort with AI tools, document automation, and digital collaboration platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience with datacenter design, hyperscale AI infrastructure, colocation facilities, or power generation infrastructure.
- Experience with technical due diligence, gap analysis, or cost-to-conform assessments for colocation or leased facilities.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, design technology workflows, modular or prefabricated infrastructure, and model-based design environments.
- PE, architectural license, or PMP certification.
