Senior Coordinator, FIU Operations (8 Month Secondment) (AML)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day activities of the FIU Operations group within EAML.
• Create alerts and cases for further investigation.
• Create and submit divestiture forms and translation requests.
• Complete administrative tasks that support EAML teams.
• Maintain the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of operational output.
• Collaborate with peers and adapt to changing work volumes, tasks, and procedures.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing frameworks.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Efficient, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and accountable approach to work.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organizational efficiency, and teamwork skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
