• Define knowledge management strategies, roadmaps, maturity plans, governance models, and scalable documentation standards across business functions.
• Establish content ownership models, review cycles, retirement criteria, metadata standards, lifecycle requirements, and quality expectations.
• Lead governance forums, centers of excellence, working groups, and cross-functional initiatives focused on standardization and knowledge sharing.
• Improve content discoverability, trustworthiness, usability, reuse, search effectiveness, support readiness, onboarding efficiency, and incident response consistency.
• Develop measures of governance maturity, operational readiness, content quality, and knowledge management effectiveness.
• Prepare knowledge assets for self-service, automation, Copilot, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and other AI-enabled support models.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, documentation management, or service management.
• Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, intranet platforms, document libraries, knowledge bases, Microsoft 365, or similar tools.
• Experience with documentation standards, process mapping, content governance, taxonomy, metadata, search optimization, repository governance, or information architecture.
• Experience supporting service management, operational readiness, change management, training, support enablement, enterprise platforms, or AI-enabled knowledge solutions.

• Degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or Organizational Development.
• Experience with Copilot, ChatGPT, agentic workflows, prompt frameworks, or machine-readable documentation.
