Sr. Operations Analyst - Value-in-Kind program (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in Foster City, California, United States; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

Salary: $129,200–$206,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Execute Value-in-Kind drawdowns accurately, timely, and in compliance across the North America region.
• Support Account Executive workflows for Value-in-Kind submissions.
• Validate data and reduce rework through strong first-time quality and operational discipline.
• Provide regional quality control between Sales and Finance.
• Identify data issues and root causes of rework or amendments.
• Use dashboards, trackers, and operational reports to support execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree; alternative requirements apply for PhD holders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately.
• Understanding of sales operations, deal execution, and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
