Analyst, Portfolio Administration (Fintech)

Location: NY LI Jericho, United States; onsite role

Annual base pay: $45,750–$74,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of small business loans and escalate issues affecting asset quality.
• Provide customer service to business clients and coordinate with Relationship Managers on existing relationships.
• Coordinate underwriting and closing processes for loan, line, and letter-of-credit renewals and modifications.
• Review assigned relationships to maintain accurate risk grades, portfolio data, and credit quality.
• Identify cross-sell and revenue opportunities while supporting payment collection targets.
• Support the transfer of problem loans to the Commercial Workout unit.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• 3+ years of business banking loan administration and/or compliance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of credit analysis, underwriting procedures, credit decisions, and portfolio administration.
• Strong quantitative reasoning, writing, organization, prioritization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive requests, present information clearly, and complete work on schedule.
• Experience with McCraken and Nautilus repositories is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience in credit structuring, underwriting, and cross-selling.
• Established work history or equivalent demonstrated experience.
