Software Development Engineering (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Columbus, Ohio office; priority is given to candidates residing in the Columbus metropolitan area.

Salary: $110,300–$183,800 base pay annually, with potential additional bonus or long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable web applications with TypeScript, React, and/or .NET.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to implement Azure cloud solutions.
• Build and maintain event-driven architecture and integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, effective technical solutions.
• Support production systems through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building and shipping production software applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of event-driven architecture; Kafka experience is advantageous.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day development.
• Work from the Columbus, Ohio office in a hybrid arrangement; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Healthcare application experience, especially EHR integrations.
• Experience with RPA, FHIR, SMART on FHIR, or healthcare data exchange.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Open source or developer community contributions.
