Program Manager, Engineering Enablement (Engineering Operations)

What you will do

• Maintain engineering KPI data, dashboards, metric definitions, summaries, and leadership presentation materials.
• Draft department newsletters, Slack updates, all-hands recaps, FAQs, and organizational change communications for leadership review.
• Track headcount and requisitions, coordinate performance reviews, calibration sessions, promotion committees, onboarding, and the Associate Engineer Program.
• Track budgets, monthly actuals, variance summaries, vendor contracts, license renewals, and approval requests.
• Coordinate quarterly planning timelines, templates, OKRs, dependencies, progress updates, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate audit reviews, documentation collection, remediation tracking, and audit-ready records.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, program coordination, finance or audit, HR operations, or engineering operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and dashboard tools such as Allstacks or Tableau.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort drafting content for senior-leader review.
• A service-oriented approach and interest in supporting engineering leaders.

• Hands-on experience with Apptio and Jira.
