TL;DR
DevOps Team Leader (AWS): Building and operating secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments for regulated medical and non-medical products with an accent on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, compliance, and cybersecurity. Focus on leading audits, improving observability and disaster recovery, optimizing reliability and cost, and mentoring the DevOps team.

What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Own AWS-based cloud infrastructure, with some GCP, focusing on availability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Define Infrastructure as Code standards with Terraform and manage Kubernetes and Fargate environments.
- Lead cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response, monitoring, logging, tracing, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
- Prepare for and lead cybersecurity and compliance audits across regulated medical products, including required documentation.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the DevOps team while collaborating with R&D, QA, Security, and Global IT teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure experience, including at least 2 years as a team lead.
- At least 5 years of deep AWS experience, with strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Experience with cloud security, regulated environments, and audits involving HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
- Expert Hebrew and advanced English are required.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
- CISSP or CCSP certification.
- GCP experience, multi-product SaaS and on-premises experience, and Python or Bash scripting.
