Senior Visual Designer (AI)

Location: Mountain View, United States; on-site

Salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the brand refresh from visual direction through live launch across the website, landing pages, and digital experiences.
• Own the brand and web workstream roadmap, including scoping, prioritization, and delivery from concept to production.
• Design, animate, and build production-ready pages using Figma, Rive, and Webflow.
• Create responsive, mobile-first layouts with lightweight UI animations and micro-interactions.
• Translate marketing goals and brand direction into user-centered, conversion-optimized experiences for campaigns, launches, and events.
• Establish visual guidelines and systems while using AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration.

Requirements

• Strong track record in web and visual design with a portfolio of live, shipped work.
• Proven experience leading a brand refresh or rebrand.
• Demonstrated ability to scope, drive, and ship projects independently with minimal direction.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Rive, and Webflow, plus working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong UI animation and motion design experience, with excellent judgment in layout, typography, hierarchy, and modern design principles.
• Ability to align design, marketing, and engineering while balancing creativity with business goals and data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with video editing or motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere.
