TL;DR
Marketing Science Analyst (Analytics): Implementing website analytics and digital tracking solutions for a newly launched implementation project with an accent on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking architecture. Focus on deploying and configuring analytics platforms, supporting digital measurement infrastructure, and optimizing tagging implementations.
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica. Work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Implement analytics and tracking tools across websites and digital environments.
- Support the deployment and configuration of digital analytics solutions.
- Contribute to digital measurement infrastructure and implementation projects.
- Work with analytics platforms and tag management systems.
- Collaborate with implementation leads to optimize tracking solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience with website analytics ecosystems, tag management systems, and implementation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of website tracking methodologies, tagging, tracking architecture, and analytics implementation principles.
- Ability to collaborate closely with implementation leads and support hands-on technical delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Adobe Launch.
- Knowledge of website tracking principles.
