What you will do

• Support day-to-day data management, including documentation, data processing, and client data reporting.
• Clean and review clinical submission files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before delivery.
• Perform quality reviews of study-specific data outputs against source data and study requirements.
• Investigate data discrepancies, communicate findings to cross-functional teams, and document corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Data Management Plans (DMPs) and Data Transfer Specifications (DTSs).
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clinical data.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAS and/or SQL.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows environments.
