Senior Automation Quality Engineer (Telecommunications)

Location: Ohrid, Skopje, or Bitola, North Macedonia

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using C#/.NET and Playwright.
• Develop UI, API, integration, end-to-end, and regression tests for complex telecommunications systems.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve test stability, execution speed, and overall quality practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
• Senior-level experience designing test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of API and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Upper-intermediate English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Telecommunications and OSS/BSS experience.
• Knowledge of TM Forum concepts.
• Performance, contract, or event-driven testing experience.
• Previous Automation Architect or Technical Lead experience.
