Quality Engineer

What you will do

• Test product ideas, requirements, and design prototypes before implementation to identify unclear areas and potential risks.
• Assess the impact of new requirements and changes on the existing system.
• Define quality characteristics, testing strategies, and test activities for AgentOS products.
• Perform manual and automated testing throughout development and provide objective feedback on implementation quality.
• Prioritize and report defects with concise reproduction steps and expected behavior, while analyzing recurring issues and proposing mitigations.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development stakeholders to improve testability, reliability, and product value.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in both manual and automated software testing.
• Ability to isolate problems, interpret logs, and document the shortest reproducible defect path.
• Context-driven mindset with strong critical-thinking, curiosity, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Excellent objective, concise, and clear communication skills.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying context-driven, risk-based, and exploratory testing practices.
• Black-box Software Testing (BBST) or another context-driven testing course.
• Familiarity with API testing, Playwright, and TypeScript.
• Quality or software testing certifications.
