What you will do

• Lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Physical Access Control Systems and related security applications.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary development and application support teams working with Java, Python, and .NET.
• Define technical strategies, architecture standards, development practices, and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and service improvement.
• Manage delivery across multiple initiatives, including resources, budgets, priorities, risks, dependencies, and vendors.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, architecture, and project teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software development and application support teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Python, Flask, Django, FastAPI, .NET/.NET Core, and C#.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale applications, REST APIs, integration solutions, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, and delivery management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Physical Access Control Systems and physical security technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise security operations, access management, security integrations, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native application development, modernization, and globally distributed teams.
• Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant professional certifications.
