Location: Remote in Latin America

Compensation: $2,500–$3,333 USD gross per month as a contractor

What you will do

• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across websites, email, print, and sales decks.
• Design graphics for in-app banners, emails, landing pages, sales decks, display ads, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and sales teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion while maintaining high-quality output.
• Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals that strengthen brand storytelling.
• Monitor design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh creative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in technology or fintech.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and other design tools.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating varied design projects, especially digital campaign design.
• Strong understanding of aesthetics, typography, and composition, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, respond to feedback, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Jira experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
