What you will do

• Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across websites, emails, print, and sales decks.
• Conceptualize and design graphics for in-app banners, landing pages, and display ads.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to meet goals and timelines.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Translate complex financial ideas into simple, elegant visuals that enhance brand identity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience working with LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital campaign design projects.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly based on feedback.
