Junior Brand Designer

What you will do

• Create and deliver on-brand marketing assets for email, social media, paid media, landing pages, blogs, partnerships, and integrated digital and OOH campaigns.
• Build and maintain email templates, campaign layouts, image libraries, and reusable content components.
• Produce creative for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest campaigns.
• Apply brand standards, voice, and visual systems consistently across marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing managers, designers, and internal stakeholders while incorporating feedback efficiently.
• Organize design files, manage deadlines, and maintain a steady production workflow.

Requirements

• BFA degree in Design, Art, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design.
• Portfolio showing clean, production-quality digital work, especially for email and social media.
• Proficiency in Figma and working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color in digital marketing formats.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or basic HTML/CSS for email.
• Experience with video editing or basic animation.
• Interest in AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik Runway, and emerging technologies.
