Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst (AI)

Location: Calgary, Canada. Hybrid work with 1 day in the office; remote work is available if residing 100 km away from the Toronto or Montreal office.

What you will do

• Own assigned security and compliance RFIs and customer questionnaires from intake through internal review.
• Coordinate annual customer risk assessments, resolve evidence gaps, and prepare complete response packages.
• Participate in customer calls to explain documented security controls, certifications, and compliance practices.
• Maintain risk records, control evidence, remediation status, and audit documentation in GRC platforms and approved repositories.
• Use AI tooling for questionnaire drafting, evidence summarization, and compliance workflow automation, validating all outputs before use.

Requirements

• Relevant experience supporting compliance and audit activities.
• Recognized ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification required at minimum.
• Experience with customer due diligence, RFIs, security questionnaires, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control requirements and certification evidence.
• Knowledge of risk-register maintenance, control-gap documentation, remediation tracking, evidence assessment, and audit preparation.
• Ability to use AI tools while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and human review.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 42001.
