Senior Security Compliance Specialist (CCCS)

Location: Remote in Canada; occasional travel to engage with regulators and auditors may be required.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global through the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security Cloud Service Provider Information Technology Security Assessment Process.
• Update and maintain CCCS requirements within the Common Control Framework.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Product, and operational teams to implement security controls.
• Improve the maturity of the Security Compliance program.
• Help guide security policy and governance architecture.
• Contribute to the overall security compliance strategy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Security Compliance.
• Deep understanding of CCCS requirements and CSP ITS assessment processes.
• Experience leading or maintaining a CCCS Medium or PBMM certification.
• Familiarity with ISO 27000, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HITRUST, or FedRAMP.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and articulate technical concepts to auditors.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
