Senior GRC Advisor (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead executive-level GRC advisory engagements for clients in defense and critical infrastructure.
• Design and mature enterprise-grade Cyber Resilience Programs, integrating governance, risk management, and incident readiness.
• Advise C-suite and board stakeholders on regulatory exposure and strategic investment priorities.
• Guide clients through CMMC and CPCSC readiness, including gap assessments and framework implementation.
• Mentor and develop senior managers and consultants to build practice bench strength.
• Drive business development through trusted-advisor relationships and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity and GRC experience in consulting, industry, or government.
• Deep expertise in CMMC, CPCSC, NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800-53/171, and ISO 27001.
• Proven track record of advising C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance (Secret or higher) is required.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in practice building and revenue accountability.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, or CMMC Registered Practitioner.
• Fluency in Spanish or French.
• Existing Government of Canada security clearance.
