BIM Manager (Revit): Developing standardized Revit templates, BIM content libraries, and AutoCAD templates for multidisciplinary construction and infrastructure projects with an accent on ISO 19650 workflows, international classification systems, and client collaboration. Focus on coordinating structural, architectural, and MEP standards, optimizing digital asset libraries, and automating workflows with Dynamo or Python.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; hybrid work with 15 working-from-home days per year and flexible working hours.

What you will do
- Develop multidisciplinary Revit templates with structural, architectural, and MEP leads in line with ISO 19650.
- Establish and maintain Revit family libraries using international classification systems such as OmniClass and UniClass.
- Coordinate AutoCAD template standards based on AIA or ISO 13567 layering guidelines.
- Collaborate with international clients to refine project templates and digital asset libraries.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, including 3 years in BIM management or lead coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit across all disciplines and AutoCAD, with experience developing templates and family libraries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows and international classification systems.
- Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with international clients and department heads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynamo or Python for workflow automation and template optimization.
