Production Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada; onsite production environment

Salary: CAD 17.10–29.93 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts in a production environment.
• Perform production and assembly processes in compliance with GMP, GDP, and standard operating procedures.
• Operate production, filling, and packaging equipment.
• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure correct batch ingredients and quantities.
• Support validation of filtration, cleaning, and sterilization processes and equipment.
• Maintain regulatory records and assist with in-process testing to confirm batch specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience documenting work in a regulated environment.
• cGMP experience.
