Business Data Analyst (Cisco)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise licensing agreements and software offerings.
• Create monthly MACD reports, analyze asset ownership by business unit, and resolve hierarchy conflicts.
• Review data discrepancies, audit datasets and Collector files, and improve install-base accuracy.
• Prepare customer-facing analysis of MACD action items, audits, license consumption, and upcoming true-forwards.
• Audit and validate Cisco service contract data exports and research unmatched assets with the OEM.
• Collaborate with business development, account, inside sales, asset management, and enterprise agreement teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree, equivalent experience, or military experience.
• At least 2 years of data analytics experience.
• Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and developing data management processes.
• Must be based in the United States.
