What you will do

• Write and maintain testbenches using Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM.
• Analyze simulation results, identify issues, and collaborate with design engineers on resolution.
• Contribute to automated verification environments and scripting solutions.
• Help design, implement, and integrate AI-based tools and workflows for verification productivity.
• Research AI technologies and methodologies applicable to ASIC verification.
• Participate in team meetings and technical reviews.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree program at senior level, or pursuing postgraduate studies in a related discipline.
• Coursework in digital design and computer architecture is required.
• Digital design project experience using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Good programming and scripting skills with Python, TCL, or Perl.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work part-time, up to 25 hours per week, while completing a degree program.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UVM.
• Exposure to AI applications in design or process improvement.
• Expected graduation in Summer 2027.
